Orders received by 3:00 PM EST will ship the same business day. Most items will ship direct from the manufacturer via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping charges apply except when specified collect. Vacline will pass-on any charge backs resulting from inaccurate collect account information.

Canadian destinations: please note that the shipping charges DO NOT include Customs processing fees or import duty and taxes. These will be charged separately as an additional cost.

Contact Vacline for a return goods authorization number before returning any item - credit will only be issued upon acceptance.
